Outdoor and Lawn Solutions

Your Lawn is an Extension of Your Home. Treat it Like One.

In Florida, your yard isn’t just grass—it’s a battleground against heat, humidity, and invasive pests. A brown, patchy lawn isn’t just an eyesore; it’s an invitation for pests to move closer to your home. At John’s Pest Solutions, we don’t just “spray and leave.” We nourish and protect.

Our Signature 8-Application Granular Program

We proudly serve Northeast Florida.

At this time, all services must be scheduled in advance to ensure proper planning and availability.

Lawn Fertilization: No, you do not need to leave your home.

Indoor Pest:  This depends on the type of service being performed. Our team will let you know in advance if vacating the home is required.

Lawn Fertilization: Results vary depending on the current condition of your lawn. Our technician will assess your lawn during the application and provide guidance on expected improvements.

Indoor Pest: You will see results following the completion of your quarterly service. This scheduled maintenance ensures a consistent protective barrier around your home.

Lawn Fertilization: We offer a single comprehensive plan that includes 8 applications throughout the year. Scheduling treatments approximately every six weeks helps ensure any issues are properly controlled and your lawn stays healthy year-round.

Indoor Pest: To maintain a pest-free environment, we perform quarterly indoor treatments. This consistent schedule allows us to create a lasting barrier against seasonal pests and address any interior concerns before they become infestations.

To ensure the best results from your lawn treatment, please follow these preparation steps:

  1. Clear the Yard: Remove toys, hoses, lawn chairs, and tools.
  2. Pick Up Pet Waste: This allows our technicians to treat the entire lawn properly.
  3. Unlock Gates: Ensure easy access for our team.
  4. Secure Doggie Doors: Please lock all pet doors. This prevents pets from accidentally entering the yard while the treatment is being applied or before it has fully dried.
  5.  Identify Potential Hazards or Concerns: Other things to be aware of or concerning factors
  6. Mow Your Lawn: Mow 1–2 days before the scheduled service. Avoid mowing for 24–48 hours after the application so the product remains on the grass.
  7. Water Correctly: Water the lawn the day before, unless instructed otherwise by your provider. Most treatments recommend watering 24 hours after application, except for certain weed-control products.
  8. Keep Children and Pets Safe: Keep them in a fenced area away from the treatment zone. Ensure pets cannot escape if gates need to be opened. Follow the technician’s instructions—most products require staying off the lawn for 1–2 hours until dry.
